Year 5 performed some of their African Drumming skills in assembly. They all worked together and created some brilliant rhythms as a group. Well done Year 5.

African drumming in Year 6.

Y6 Working with The Halle Orchestra; “adopt a player” scheme.

Today Year 6 began their workshops with the Halle Orchestra as part of their adopt a player scheme.  The children began composing their piece of music which they will perform at a special concert in a few weeks time.

Year 6 visit Bridgewater Hall

Year 6 were amazing school ambassadors when they visited The Bridgewater Hall to watch a concert by The Halle Orchestra. They now all want to be musicians!
