Where do our visitors come from?
Today the children had a very exciting day, which they have been looking forward to all year – the Year 6 leavers trip!
They went to the Trafford Centre where they had 2 games of laser quest, and did their best to hunt Mr Lane and Mrs Williams. After that, they also had a go on the climbing wall and then headed to Frankie and Benny’s for lunch.
Finally they went to watch a film at the cinema to round off a memorable day.
Today we visited St John’s Church as part of their ‘Footprints all over the world’ day, where the children thought about the journey they are about to embark on. You can see the pictures below:
Year 6 have taken part in the Race for Life this morning to raise money for Cancer Research UK. They did 6 laps of the field and have been raising lots of money to fight the battle against cancer. You can see the pictures below:
This week, Year 6 have visited the Urban Outreach Centre in Bolton to learn about the important work they do in the local community. You can see pictures of their trip in the video below:
This half term, Year 6 are working with ‘Fort Alice’ on developing healthy relationships. We had our first session yesterday and you can see the pictures in the video below:
