Year 6 Science Investigation

Today we were investigating how periscopes work. We discovered that light travels in straight lines and reflects at the same angle which it enters a mirror. Using this information, we worked in groups to create periscopes!

Sister Dorothy visit in Year 6

After assembly, Year 6 had a visit from our class governor Sister Dorothy.  We talked about our hopes and fears for Year 6 and the children completed a piece of work to express how they are feeling about the year ahead.
