World Book Day
In school we have been celebrating World Book Day by reading our book ‘Only One You’. As part of this we have painted pebbles to make a display celebrating the book and the fact that we are all unique.
Our children went to visit the residents of Farnworth care home. They took them some bouquets of flowers and painted some art canvases together. It was lovely to see the reciprocal smiles on all their faces!
Thanks to Liz and Gemma for an amazing “Grow Your Mind” assembly this morning – keep those neurons sparking!

At St Peter’s we know how important it is to stay fit and healthy. Today Lofty the Lion and the Farnworth Healthy Lifestyle Team came to introduce our Daily Mile. We will be walking or running a mile every day in school. The children had a fantastic morning!
