Hello sparkle families!
We have had a wonderful Autumn term in the Sparkle room. Lots of good listening, good looking and most importantly… lots of new learning!
Just a little message for the half term…
Your child has a new ORT book, a new library book and a piece of homework to complete over the half term. Please return all of the above on week 1 of our new term.
Have a lovely half term sparklers!

Today we shared a story about being a good friend. We decided good friends make us smile!
We spoke about who our friends are in the sparkle room… Look at the masterpieces below!
Today, the sparkle room children enjoyed a spot of yoga. It wasn’t just any kid of yoga though… it was Sonic the Hedgehog inspired yoga!
The Sparkle children had lots of fun learning about France. We listened to the French language and discovered it is different to the way we speak. We also looked at Google Earth to see that France is a different place. We saw the Eiffel Tower and tried to build our very own too!
Amazing Maths Alicia! Great counting and excellent sorting!
As a school, we encourage children to be more active. Therefore, we have set up a family fun fitness challenge. We will post a new challenge on the PE blog each week and ask children to send photos or videos of them doing it.
Please click on the link below to see the challenges…
It was great fun creating paths to find the bells. The competition made it even more enjoyable!
Who could get to the bells first to shake them?
Elijah has shown a great interest and understanding of the changing seasons. Elijah knows about Autumn and the key signs to look for. Well done!
Your child has created a Cauliflower Christmas card, which will be sent home soon. These cards will be available to order. All order details will be supplied on the letter sent home.
Here is a sneak peak… It was lots of fun!
