This term our sunflower club raised money through a cake sale. The profits were used to go to Tesco to purchase goods for Urban Outreach. We were delighted that Dave Bagley CEO of Urban Outreach was able to join us at Wednesday Worship to collect the goods and thank the children personally.
Our wonderful sunflower children worked hard this evening to create wonderful autumn leaf pictures.
How would you describe me?
Some of the children in our sunflower club are often reluctant to try new flavours, tasted and foods, but they really enjoyed experimenting with pizza toppings and creating and designing their own flavour combinations, before trying them. Well done everyone!
Last week sunflower club made cakes to sell after school. Their cake sale raised £100 in profits, so this week they went to Tesco to use these profits to purchase food for Urban Outreach – amazing work! We are so proud of you!
