Today St Peters had a visit from an up and coming talented local Musician called Jacob Reddy who comes from Blackburn.
Jacob told us a little bit about himself in assembly this morning, and what obstacles he’s had to go through to be able to follow his dreams of being a Musician and how hard he has worked to achieve this.
Jacob was approached by his favourite football team Blackburn Rovers to do an original song for them which is called “Ewood Light”, and this year he has been asked to be part of the Glastonbury line up which is absolutely amazing.
To Year 3s delight Jacob sang some songs on the playground at lunchtime, which they thoroughly enjoyed, it was a real treat and it was lovely to see so many happy faces singing and dancing along.
