Today we started our first Yoga session and learnt some of the positions we will be continuing to practise over the next few weeks. We really enjoyed listening to relaxing music and thinking about all the positive things we have in our lives.

What a fantastic day we have had at the Fireground in Rochdale. We learnt more about ‘ The Great Fire of London’, what fire engines use to look like and how fire fighters use to dress. We even go to try out the pole!
