Well done to our superstars!

As part of our Arts Discover Award? The children created their own clay snail sculptures this afternoon. We can’t wait for them to dry so we can paint them as well!

In Topic this week we learnt about the Wright Brothers and how they invented the very first aeroplane. We then made our own paper aeroplanes and tested them outside.

Today we used counters to find a quarter of a quantity.

Wow!! Our new class charity total for Alzheimer’s Society is an incredible £1.124! Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed to this total and helped us to raise so much money for our wonderful class charity!

Well done to our reading champion and our writer of the week!

Today we had to read and follow instructions to make jam sandwiches. Tomorrow we will write instructions to help Mrs Grinling make jam sandwiches for the Lighthouse Keeper!

Well done to our Reading Champion who read at home every day this week and also read lots over the Easter Holiday. No wonder he is such a confident and fluent reader!
