Reception have had lots of fun learning all about maps and directions. We have used vocabulary like “forwards, backwards, right and left” to support us drawing information from maps. Reception have used all of this information to support them programming a route into the beebots.
Thank you so much to all the grown ups that attended our reading workshop for reception this week. It was lovely to see the children engaging in lots of phonics activities! We hope you all enjoyed it!
It’s Pirate Week! We have been reading treasure maps, creating our own and singing lots of songs in our best pirate voices!
