Ms Price This week we have been reading the traditional tale of The Three Little Pigs. The children have been building houses for the pigs, retelling the story, drawing the pigs on Purple Mash and doing lots of number work. Well done Reception!

This week we have been learning all about the dentist. We talked about how we need to brush our teeth for 2 minutes every morning and night. Well done Reception! Great brushing!
This week we have had some very special visitors in school. A doctor came in to talk to us about what they do and also a paramedic. The children absolutely loved listening to what they had to say and asked some amazing questions! Well done Reception!
This week we have been working on number bonds to 10. We used counters to help us learn and understand number bonds to 10. Great maths learning Reception!
What a wonderful first week back we have had in Sparkle! We have practised our letter formation, language and communication and social skills in our lovely outside area. It has been an amazing first week of the last half term! Well done Sparkle!
