Pupil Leaders including Shades Ambassadors

What a great day we had today at Greater Manchester Recycling Centre. The Year 4 and 5 members of the Sparkle team attended along with pupil leaders from other Farnworth school. We learnt all about how mixed recycling is sorted and had a tour of the machinery in full PPE!

Road Safety Ambassadors visit Bolton Town Hall0 (0)
Our road safety ambassadors were privileged to have a meeting with The Mayor of Bolton today and visit his chambers to talk about the wonderful work they have done to keep the streets around St. Peters safe this year.

YRG Shine Team Wiggle Worship0 (0)
The Shine Team came in to deliver Wiggle Worship to Reception Green. We discussed the Christian Value of Kindness and used the book ‘The Smartest Giant in Town’ to discuss how we can be kind to others. We also discussed how God is kind to us and ways that he shows us his kindness.
