This week we have been learning how to use the beebots. Together we have been using lots of vocabulary like “forwards, backwards, right and left” to support us with drawing information from a map. The children have used this knowledge to navigate the beebots around the map in order to reach the object/treasure they were tasked to find. Alongside our learning of vocabulary we have also been exploring each control and the concept of programming a route into the beebots and resetting this once the beebot has reached its destination.
