The children will have a session each week for next 5 weeks to learn ways feel happier, look after their own well-being and strengths. Today, we focused on what makes kids happy and how they feel about it. We also talked about how we feel sad sometimes and how we need to make choices if we feel sad, angry, upset and disappointing.
