This morning Chris Reddy from the Bright Leadership Team spoke to all Key stage two children in assembly about the importance of being your own leader and also working as a team to help the school.
Chris also discussed the road closures due to happen on Tuesday 20th June and every Tuesday until term ends and coming up with alternative solutions to solve this issue. One of them is to park on Tesco’s carpark and walk to school with a parent or as part of the Tuesday trotters where staff from St Peters meet the children at 8.25am and walk them to school, it takes just 3 minutes from Tesco’s to St Peters. Parents can also park at Tesco’s at the end of the day to then collect their child.
The road closures will be in place to make the school surroundings a safer place for our children and we all need to work together to make this happen.
